Awarded to the individual, corporation or foundation that demonstrates the most significant and consistent levels of volunteer and/or financial support over the past 10 years.

John E. Carlson
Volunteer of the Year

Awarded to the individual who has demonstrated the most significant level of volunteer service and support during the year. The award is named in memory of John E. Carlson, who was one of the lead attorneys in Danny's successful case against Bassett Furniture Company and J.C. Penney's, the manufacturer and seller of the crib that injured Danny. John also was a Charter Member of our Advisory Board, and a long time supporter.
